What a fantastic job Hero Built Pools did with our pool. Billy and Tyler met with us and explained each step in the process. When one of them said something was going to happen the next day it did. After getting ripped off by another Pool Contractor, I contacted several Pool Contractors and the only Company that even came to look at our situation was these guys Tyler, Billy, Tomas and Crew! We cannot thank these guys enough for fixing the concrete slab around our Pool and adding concrete slabs that were supposed to be done as well as Tiling our Pool that also was suppose to be done! They were very supportive and understanding and saw first hand how emotional we were to have been treated this poorly by another Pool Company Contractor. They were very efficient and effective and didn't overcharge us for anything! Again we are forever grateful that Hero Pool Builders felt really bad for us and helped us in this unfortunate situation that we were left with!
